Malti Sharma, a national athlete, B.A., B.Ed. from Bundelkhand University, Jhansi. She is spearheading Supply Chain Management of GDX Group as Director since 2006. She has also successfully transformed the Company’s supply chain from one of local fragmentation into a model of unified PAN India operational excellence.

In the course of her senior-leadership journey, she has travelled across nations like USA, Australia, Canada and Europe and has done extensive Research & Development on ‘good corporate citizenship’ and ‘building corporate values’. With her research knowledge she has been instrumental in fusing GDX Group’s traditional value system with a modern approach to sustainability and corporate social responsibility, ensuring that GDX Group team members emerge as involved corporate citizens, doing their best to make the community a better place for generations to come.

She is a philanthropist and is an active member of AAP International, an NGO working for the benefit of senior citizens and weaker section of the society. She has been awarded the ‘Best Social Worker for Senior Citizen’ in 2019 by Smt. Kaushalya Kuvarba Parmar, the then Vice President of All India BJP Mahila Morcha.

Anurag Sharma received a Post Graduate degree in e-commerce from Toronto. He has over 20 years of experience in the security and facility management services. His focus is to deliver high quality yet cost effective products and services. His proven experience in expanding and accelerating business growth, his analytical mind and work ethic have enabled his team to complete more than 200 satisfied clients that have contributed to exponentially increase sales and profits. He is the force behind building profitable partnerships and enduring relationships with GDX Group customers.

Under Anurag’s leadership, GDX Group today offers a strong security, investigation and integrated facility management business solutions in India with the intention to grow internationally. He is always on the lookout for ways to broaden the Company’s reach and showcase India’s expertise abroad. He has created an excellent working atmosphere ensuring the safety, security, social betterment and environment preservation.

For his contribution to the Security Industry, Anurag was honoured with the ‘Security – Young Entrepreneur of The Year Award’ by the then Hon’ble President of India Smt. Pratibha Devisingh Patil at Global Security Conference 2009, New Delhi. He was also conferred with the prestigious ‘Young Entrepreneur’ Award by Indian Achievers’ Forum in 2021 in recognition for his ‘Outstanding Professional Achievement & Contribution in Nation Building’. He has been also honoured with the ‘Young Security Entrepreneur Award for the year 2021’ at CAPSI 16th Security Leadership Summit.

Niharika Sharma, a Chartered Accountant & Financial Analyst, has over 15 years of experience in company-wide budgetary planning. She ensures that financial practices of GDX Group are inline in statutory regulations and legislation. She has a sharp eye for detail and desire to probe further into data.

She distributes the financial resources and is responsible for the budget planning. She offers her insights and financial advice that allow the organisation to make the most profitable business decisions. Niharika analyses the financial climate and market trends and with her advice the Company invests in the technology and capability to provide its customers with economical service offerings with a complete range of state-of-the-art security, investigation and integrated facility management services. Additionally, she also maintains a close bond with GDX Group’s stakeholders, customers, vendors and employees.

Advocate Harshvardhan Sharma graduated in a comprehensive five year dual degree course in management and law, BBA LL.B (H), from Amity University Noida, pursuant to which he completed Masters in Law in Criminology (LL.M) from the University of Minnesota Law School, Twin Cities, Minneapolis, United States.

Apart from his proficiency in pre-dispute advisory, he is a litigation strategist and tactician with expertise spanning across a gamut of litigation before various forums such as the Supreme Court of India, High Courts, Tribunals, Appellate and Regulatory Bodies.

He is a member of the Bar Council of Delhi as well as the Bar Council of India, constituted under the Advocates Act, 1961.

Pragmatism, immense clarity of thought and deep commitment to philanthropy and impacting lives are true hallmarks of Harshvardhan’s leadership. He is a true bulwark against social injustice and is a vocal proponent of serving the society. He also provides free legal aid to senior citizens and has helped several victims of dowry and domestic violence in association with National Commission for Women and National Human Rights Commission.

Harshvardhan was awarded the ‘Media Leadership Security Award’ by the Honourable Cabinet Minister Shri G. Kishan Reddy for his aggressive approach in challenging the Private Security Agencies (Regulation) Act, by using his legal acumen and prescience to apprise the government and other stakeholders of the downsides of the redundant laws.

In the year 2013, Harshvardhan successfully completed ‘Detective Training Course in Private Investigation’ by South East Asia Training Organisation (SEATRO), Singapore in collaboration with VMP Academy of Investigation & Intelligence Management.
